Kicking off Healthy aging in September and using mental health as focus in October?
Let’s talk about these. Having weekly classes could work if there are other weekly classes on
the schedule? I could do vinyasa, yin, restorative, power yoga and even pre-natal yoga. Or we
could do a set number of classes as part of a series.
