INTRODUCTION TO QIGONG

You’ve heard about it. You’re not sure how to pronounce it. And how is it different from Tai Chi? Short answer: Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to reduce stress, enhance health, improve emotional balance, and encourage a sense of well-being.
Come to this 1-hour session to get your questions answered and learn a few Qigong movements and breath practices to add to your wellness routine. (FYI, Tai Chi is a form of Qigong).
Movements can be modified to suit individual needs. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft soled shoes.
